John Douglas "J.D." Walsh (born December 24, 1974) is an American actor, writer, producer, and improv comedy leader. He is best known for his role as Gordon on Two and a Half Men.

Walsh lives in Van Nuys, California, with his wife, Deirdre and their three children.
Walsh founded Ultimate Improv, an improvisational comedy club located in Westwood, Los Angeles, California.
In September 2008, he and his troupe made a video spoof of Les Misérables' "One Day More" called "Les Misbarack", which became a hit on YouTube.[1]
Walsh's roles have included parts in various TV shows and films, as actor, as writer,[2] and co-executive producer,[3] his most notable being "Mackey Nagle" on Smart Guy and as Gordon on Two and a Half Men.[4]
He makes an appearance as a fast-food restaurant worker in the music video for Puddle of Mudd's song "She Hates Me".
His most recent project is with Fox Television which has picked up Battleground, a single-camera ensemble workplace comedy set in the world of political campaigning. Walsh is writing and co-executive producing the show.[5]
He also had an appearance on iCarly, starring Miranda Cosgrove, which he played a man named Gordon who proposes to his girlfriend on their web show iCarly.
